Organic Agriculture

For many seasons, we have favored natural methods in our technical choices, natural grassing of the vineyard, manual leaf stripping, manual harvesting, gentle vinification and respectful of the fruit, French oak barrels.

In 2018 the decision was made to completely ban chemistry from the vineyard and the cellar. Certification is obtained in 2022.

In the elaboration of the wines, we reduce the contributions of sulfur, we use homemade leavens of grapes coming from vines almost centenarians.
