Colline
BORDEAUX SUPÉRIEUR
Complex nose of cherry and blackberry, rich and deep in the mouth
Blend of the best plots of our two terroirs of Château Courrèges and Château Mirambeau Papin, Colline is built around Merlot born on the limestone soil of Yvrac, accompanied by Petit Verdot and old Cabernets from St Vincent de Paul, nourished by the rich clay from the Domaine.
The low yields allow a harvest at full maturity, of rich and complex grapes. After the harvest done by hand, the vinification is carried out gently to capture the deep fruit of the grapes and extract the dense and fine tannins.
Aging is carried out in barrels for twelve months.
The wine presents a complex nose of cherry and blackberry, a rich and deep mouth, with aromas of wild berries. Excellent to accompany meats and dishes in sauces.
